This page explains what Joy collects when you book a consultation, why, and who else can see it. Short version: she asks only for what she needs to help you, she doesn’t sell it, and you can ask her to delete it.

What Joy collects

When you use the booking form, you give her:

She doesn’t ask for medical records, diagnoses or payment card details. Payments are entered on Bachs’s page, not on this site.

Why she collects it

She uses it for nothing else. There is no advertising, no marketing list unless you ask to join one, and no sale of your details.

Where it is kept, and who can see it

When you pay for a consultation, your details are saved on this website’s server, which is hosted by Hostinger. Joy uses them to prepare for your call and to keep track of her bookings. Only Joy and the person who maintains this website can see them. Joy’s dashboard is private and protected by a password.

The site also keeps a scrambled version of your internet address, only to stop automated abuse. It can’t be turned back into your address.

Who else handles it

To make your booking work, some details are passed to these services:

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie on Joy’s private dashboard.

How long it is kept

If you start a booking but don’t pay, your details are deleted automatically after 7 days. For people who have paid, Joy to confirm: your consultation notes are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you, and are deleted 12 months after your last consultation, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask Joy to show you what she holds about you, correct it, or delete it. Email her email address and she’ll respond within 7 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and she will respect them.

Under 18

If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian should make the booking and join the call.

Not medical advice

Joy gives educational skincare guidance. She can’t diagnose or treat medical conditions and her advice doesn’t replace a doctor. If something is painful, spreading or looks infected, please see a doctor or call your local emergency number.
